These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the transportation and SMS communication services provided by Wise Enterprise LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our transportation services or receiving SMS communications from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Wise Enterprise provides non-emergency transportation services, including rides to and from scheduled appointments. Transportation services may be coordinated directly or through third-party transportation brokers or coordinators, including MTM. Wise Enterprise is responsible for providing transportation services once a ride has been assigned to us. Scheduling, eligibility determinations, and ride authorization may be managed by transportation coordinators.
Wise Enterprise sends transactional SMS messages related to transportation services, including:
We do not send marketing or promotional messages. All SMS communications are strictly related to scheduled transportation services.
Riders consent to receive SMS messages when they provide a mobile phone number directly to Wise Enterprise or through a transportation coordinator such as MTM for the purpose of receiving ride-related updates. By providing your mobile phone number for transportation coordination, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduled transportation services.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
Opting out of SMS messages may impact our ability to provide timely ride notifications.
When services are arranged through a transportation coordinator such as MTM:
SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Wise Enterprise is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Wise Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or SMS communications.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
